Rectangular enamelled conductors have the same characteristics as those of round enamelled conductors.

Types of Enamel:

Continuous Transposed Conductors (CTC)

CTC is widely used in the winding of Power Transformers. CTC are stranded multiple conductors manufactured by a special process from flat wires.

Sam Dong supplies CTC with enamelled rectangular conductors that are made from OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductive Copper) in accordance to customer specifications.
