It is designed to control both pressure and vacuum conditions in a sealed vessel. When a pressure greater than the setting of the pressure gauge is developed, it will exhaust gas from the tank.
In addition, it will admit air when negative pressure in the vessel exceeds the vacuum setting. Standard repeatability is ±0.5 psig from the set-point.
Some advantages of the Pressure Gauge are:
- Coated with paint that is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications.
- Durable, special construction for long life.
- Ability to handle heavy duties.
- Maintenance free operation in any climate.
- Made of non-corrosive or surfaced treated materials.
